Metahaven Workshop
21 jan. '10 Posted By Jelle.
I'm currently participating in a workshop given by Metahaven's Gon Zifroni. With his talk about 'networks and walls' in our minds, we (Dries, Thomas, Boy and me) are mapping brussels in a different way. This sounds a bit vague, but I will post more stuff when it's finished. After some 'setbacks' I'm finally kicking in to gear. Visit Metahaven's website,it's awesome: http://www.metahaven.net/ ______________________________________________________________

I've opened up a blog that serves as an image database for my Masterproject. I'll be posting images of others as well as my own stuff. Here it is: http://jellemarechal.wordpress.com/ ______________________________________________________________NMBS pitch

Some may have noticed that my little website was offline the last 3 days. I was actually quite surprised that it just got overloaded because there were a lot of visitors! So thanks to everybody for crashing my website (no, really!). I'm thinking of upgrading my hosting, but we'll see. In others news, I'm excited to announce that at visionandfactory, Hugo and I have won a seriously nice pitch. More on this later! ______________________________________________________________Integrated2009 website online!

"Integrated2009 is a biannual international design conference that will take place in deSingel Antwerp on Thursday 22 & Friday 23 October 2009." Integrated2009 will focus on the crossover between contemporary graphic design, illustration, typo- graphy, new media, technology & art. Can we talk about a new research attitude, or not? And what does ‘design’ actually mean these days?" Some really great speakers are coming: Stefan Sagmeister, Karlssonwilker, Storm Thorgerson, Kesselskramer, Siggi Eggertsson,... so check out the website here ______________________________________________________________jellemarechal.be v2.0 online!

The new website is finally online! I was getting frustrated by the old one. It was impossible to update! So now the website is using the fantastic indexhibit CMS, which allows me to update the site very easily. I've put up some new work, as well as some older work which wasn't displayed on the previous website. ______________________________________________________________
